The ADHD Lens is our
6 week programme aimed at helping you fully understand YOUR ADHD. I emphasis the word, YOUR because we will be focused on how ADHD shows up in YOU, and just as importantly, what-it-is-not. ADHD is not your trauma and it is not your anxiety. This is important because these things can change, they can heal - ADHD cannot. The road to recovery starts with this acceptance.
Week by week we delve into the 6 executive functions and the role they have played in your life. Teaching psychological models you can use as anchors to really see yourself in all of your amazing strengths as well as your challenges. Empowering you to stop apologising for your ADHD and start asking for what you need to be the best version of yourself.
In this course we build your ADHD Lens. In some cases it's al that's needed to finally process what was previously stuck.
ADHD Your Way is our 12 week programme starting with YOUR ADHD LENS and contining with reflective coaching sessions whilst you explore this new found awareness.
You may be in a period of change as you reconnect with your intuition and start to see a new path forward. Remembering who you are at your very core, before the world started to correct you, a sense of calm may be returning to your life together with joy and wonder.
